Maj. Gen. Charlie Bolden, USMC (Ret.), former NASA astronaut and former NASA Administrator (2009-2017), who is currently the State Department’s Science Envoy for Space, will speak at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, 1615 H Street, NW, Washington, DC on June 7, 2019 from 10:00 – 11:30 am ET. His topic is “Indo-Pacific Space Cooperation” and he will discuss his recent trips to India and Japan. He will also discuss U.S. government plans to promote commercial space internationally and plans for the upcoming U.S.-India space dialogue later this year.
Secure World Foundation (SWF) Washington Office Director Victoria Samson will moderate a discussion following his remarks.
