TO MARS AND BEYOND: HOW NUCLEAR ENERGY POWERS DEEP SPACE MISSIONS, Oct 10, 2018, DC, 11:30 am – 1:00 pm ET

The Space Foundation, with support from the Department of Energy, will hold a “lunch and learn” event for Members of Congress, Hill staff and industry on October 10, 2018 in rooms 2043 and 2044 Rayburn House Office Building from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm ET.  The topic is “To Mars and Beyond: How Nuclear Energy Power Deep Space Missions.”

Speakers are:

  • Jason Callahan, Space Policy Advisor, The Planetary Society
