U.S./UAE SPACEWALK AT ISS, Apr 28, 2023, Earth orbit, 9:15 am ET (NASA TV begins 7:45 am ET)

NASA astronaut Steve Bowen and United Arab Emirates astronaut Sultan Alneyadi will make a spacewalk at the International Space Station on April 28, 2023.

Alneyadi will become the first person from the UAE and the first Arab to make a spacewalk.

NASA TV coverage of the approximately 6.5 hour spacewalk begins at 7:45 am ET. The spacewalk begins at 9:15 am ET.

Being chosen as the first Arab astronaut to undertake a spacewalk alongside NASA astronaut Stephen Bowen is a great honour and responsibility.
