UNISPACE+50 SYMPOSIUM, June 18-19, 2018, Vienna, Austria (portions webcast)

The United Nations Office of Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) in Vienna, Austria is holding a series of events as part of its UNISPACE+50 commemoration of its three UNISPACE conferences held in 1968, 1982, and 1999.

On June 18-19, OOSA will hold a symposium aimed at the broad space community, followed by a “special high-level segment” of the 61st session of the U.N. Committee on Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (UNCOPUOS) on June 20-21.  UNCOPUS will continue with its regular annual meeting from June 22-29.   OOSA is the U.N. office that administers UNCOPUOS.
