VP HARRIS EVENT ON COMMERCIAL SPACE SECTOR, Aug 12, 2022, Oakland, CA, 3:10 pm ET/4:35 pm ET

Vice President Kamala Harris, who chairs the White House National Space Council, will hold an event on August 12, 2022 in Oakland, CA to discuss the commercial space sector.

Her schedule that was released on August 10 said the event would be livestreamed, but the schedule on August 11 says only that her remarks at 1:35 pm PDT (4:35 pm EDT) will be livestreamed, not the meeting itself, which begins at 12:10 pm PDT (3:10 pm EDT).

Her schedule does not refer to it as a meeting of the Space Council, but as a “tour.”
