Update, October 25: The launch is scheduled for tonight at 8:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time (which will be Sunday, October 26, 9:00 am in Japan).
NASA will provide live coverage, but with minimal technical commentary due to the government shutdown, on their YouTube channel starting at 7:45 pm ET. JAXA will provide live coverage at the link in this post on X:

Update, October 19: The launch has been postponed due to bad weather, which will last for several days so a new date is not being set for now.

Original Entry: The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) will launch its first upgraded HTV cargo vehicle, HTV-X, to the International Space Station on October 21, 2025 at 10:58 am Japan Standard Time (October 20, 9:58 pm EDT). The last of the nine original HTVs was launched in 2020.
As the first HTV-X, this is desginated HTV-X1.

The original HTVs were launched on Japan’s H-II rocket and “HTV” stood for H-II Transfer Vehicle. The H-II rocket has been replaced by the new H3. This will be the seventh flight of the H3.
