GALACTIC-01: VIRGIN GALACTIC’S FIRST COMMERCIAL SPACEFLIGHT, June 29, 2023, New Mexico, 11:00 am ET

Update, June 26:  Virgin Galactic announced this morning they are targeting June 29 for the this launch. Their livestream will begin at 9:00 am MOUNTAIN Time (11:00 am EDT).  The passengers are:

Original Entry: Virgin Galactic plans to launch its first commercial flight of SpaceShipTwo during a four-day window, June 27-30, 2023, from Spaceport America in New Mexico. The mission is designated Galactic-01.

Aboard the flight will be three individuals from the Italian Air Force and the National Research Council of Italy who will conduct microgravity research.

A second mission, Galactic-02, is planned for early August, with private astronauts.
