GALLOWAY SYMPOSIUM ON CRITICAL ISSUES IN SPACE LAW 2018, Dec 5, 2018, DC, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm ET

Update, December 3, 2018:  The agenda is now posted on the IISL website.  It begins at 8:30 am and ends at 5:30 pm ET.  Note that traffic may be disrupted near the Cosmos Club during the morning and early afternoon.  The main route from the Capitol, where President Bush is laying in state, to the National Cathedral, where the memorial will be held beginning at 11:00 am ET, passes by the Cosmos Club.

Update, December 1, 2018:  Conference organizers say that the Symposium will take place as scheduled even though President Trump has declared December 5 a national day of mourning for President George H.W. Bush, who died yesterday.  The Federal Government will be closed and some government speakers may not be available, but the conference will go on as planned.  The agenda is still not publicly available.

Original Entry: The 2018 Galloway Symposium on Critical Issues in Space Law will take place at the Cosmos Club, 2121 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, DC on December 5, 2018.  The agenda is not posted yet, but typically the symposium is from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET.
