The Group on Earth Observations (GEO) will hold GEO Week 2019 in Canberra, Australia from November 4-9, 2019 (local time). The theme this year is “Earth Observations: Investments in the Digital Economy.”
GEO is an intergovernmental organization that involves 105 Member governments and is supported by 127 Participating Organizations.
The meeting this year includes a Ministerial Summit (held every 4 years), the GEO-XVI Plenary, an Industry Track, a UN Science-Policy-Business Forum on the Environment, and a substantial number of side events.
