The Investigations and Oversight subcommittee of the House Science, Space, and Technology (SS&T) committee will hold a hearing on December 18, 2025 at 10:00 am ET in 2318 Rayburn House Office Building on “Research Security: Examining the Implementation of the CHIPS and Science Act and NSPM-33.” The hearing will be webcast on the committee’s website.
NSPM-33 is a National Security Presidential Memorandum signed by President Trump during his first term on January 14, 2021.
