ISU-DC Space Cafe with NRL’s Paul Jaffe, Aug 8, 2017, DC

The DC chapter of the International Space University U.S. Alumni Association (ISU-DC) will holds its next Space Cafe on August 8, 2017 at Cotton & Reed, 1330 5th St, NE, Washington, DC at 7:00 pm ET.  The speaker is Paul Jaffe, an electronics engineer at the Naval Research Lab (NRL) who will speak on “The Opportunity of Space Solar.”

Greetings!

The International Space University-US Alumni Association’s Washington, DC Chapter presents monthly Space Cafes! These events bring together prominent experts on space, ISU alumni, the space community, and the interested public in a casual forum that encourages interaction and discussion.

The Space Cafes begin at 7pm and are hosted by the Cotton & Reed, located at 1330 5th Street, NE, Washington, DC: https://www.cottonandreed.com/home.

This month’s speaker will be Dr. Paul Jaffe, an electronics engineer in the Spacecraft Engineering Department of the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, who will speak on the topic “The Opportunity of Space Solar”.
