NASA INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION ADVISORY CMTE, Nov 13, 2024, virtual, 10:00-11:30 am ET

NASA’s International Space Station Advisory Committee will meet in public session on November 13, 2024 from 10:00-11:30 am ET.  Public participation is virtual only.

This is the first meeting in quite some time.  Lt. Gen. Tom Stafford, a renowned retired NASA astronaut, chaired this U.S.-Russian committee for NASA for many, many years, but passed away earlier this year.  Another renowned former NASA astronaut, Bob Cabana, is a new NASA chair. Cabana most recently was NASA Associate Administrator (retired at the end of 2023) and Director of Kennedy Space Center and Stennis Space Center before that.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the 
National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announces a 
meeting of the NASA International Space Station Advisory Committee. The 
purpose of the meeting is to review aspects related to the safety and 
operational readiness of the International Space Station.

DATES: November 13, 2024, 10-11:00 a.m. All times are eastern time.
