STARSHIP IFT-15 LAUNCH AND CATCH, Nov 13, 2026, Starbase, TX, launch window is 5:45-7:00 pm ET
Event Navigation
SpaceX plans to launch the 15th Integrated Flight Test, IFT-15, of Starship from Starbase, TX as early as November 13, 2026 pending regulatory approval. The launch window is open from 17:45-19:00 (5:45-7:00 pm) EST.
IFT-14 was Starship’s first orbital flight. The first stage, “Booster,” landed in the Gulf and the second stage, Starship or Ship, landed in the Indian Ocean.
This time, SpaceX plans to return both of them to Starbase for a “catch” back at the launch tower. They caught the Booster three times in the past (IFT-5, IFT-7 and IFT-8) but have never caught Ship. Starship is designed for rapid full reusability.
SpaceX will livestream the launch beginning about 30 minutes prior.
