Sponsored by the National Air and Spac Museum (NASM) and the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI) of the Institute for Defense Analyses, this event will take place at STPI’s offices at 1701 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC.
