Update, September 9, 6:45 am ET: ULA has scrubbed the launch today for technical reasons. They will try again tomorrow, September 10, at 8:47 am ET. From ULA:
“(Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Fla., Sept. 9, 2023) The launch of a United Launch Alliance (ULA) Atlas V 551 rocket carrying the SILENTBARKER/NROL-107 mission, a joint National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and U.S. Space Force (USSF) mission, has been scrubbed due to an issue found during a prelaunch ordnance circuit continuity check. The launch is now planned for Sun., Sept. 10 at 8:47 a.m. EDT from Space Launch Complex-41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida.”
Update, September 7, 2023: The launch has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 9, at 8:51 am ET.

Update, August 28, 9:00 pm ET: ULA has postponed the launch “out of an abundance of caution for personnel safety” due to Tropical Storm Idalia, which is expected to strengthen into a hurricane soon. A new launch date is TBD.
Original Entry: The United Launch Alliance’s Atlas V rocket will launch the Silentbarker satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) on August 29, 2023 from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL at 8:34 am ET. The mission is also designated NROL-107.
ULA will webcast the launch on YouTube starting at 8:15 am ET.
