Ares 1 Solid Rocket Motor Test Scrubbed for Today
The test of the Ares-1 solid rocket motor has been scrubbed for today. On Twitter, space policy analyst Jeff Foust reports that it was an APU problem. Check back here for more details as additional information becomes available.
Update: Spaceflightnow.com confirms that the problem was a valve in the APU (auxiliary power unit) and reports that a new date has not been set for another attempt.
