The following events may be of interest in the week ahead. The House returns to work in Washington for two days of legislative session (Tuesday-Wednesday). The Senate continues to meet only in pro forma (non-legislative) session until next week.

Wednesday-Thursday, January 18-19
- National Research Council (NRC) study committee meeting on NASA’s potential cooperation with ESA on the Euclid dark energy mission, Keck Center, 500 Fifth Street, NW, Washington DC (some sessions are closed to the public)
- Special Aerospace Services (SAS) 2nd Annual Human Spaceflight Technical Forum, Boulder, CO
