Veto Threat For FY2010 DOD Authorization Bill

In its Statement of Administration Policy on H.R. 2647, the FY2010 DOD authorization bill, the Office of Management and Budget stated that the President’s senior advisors would recommend a veto if the final bill contains funding approved by the House Armed Services Committee to buy additional F-22’s beyond the President’s request.
