The 53rd Lunar and Planetary Science Conference (LPSC 2022) will take place at its usual location, The Woodlands, Texas, from March 7-11, 2022. Organizers had to hold the meeting virtually in 2020 and 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but will resume this conference on an in-person basis in 2022, although global virtual participation is also possible.

The Masursky Lecture is on Monday, March 7, at 1:00 pm Central Time (2:00 pm Eastern). It will be presented this year by Wesleyan University professor Martha Gilmore who will discuss “To Venus and Back Again.”
