NASA UPDATE ON ARTEMIS I LAUNCH PLAN, Sept 8, 2022, virtual, 11:00 am ET

NASA will hold a media briefing on September 8, 2022 at 11:00 am ET to provide an update on its plans for launching the Artemis I uncrewed test flight of the Space Launch System rocket and Orion spacecraft.

The launch was scrubbed on August 29 and again on September 3.

Briefing participants are:

• Jim Free, associate administrator, Exploration Systems Development Mission Directorate, NASA Headquarters
• Mike Bolger, Exploration Ground Systems program manager, Kennedy
• John Blevins, SLS chief engineer, NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center

The briefing will be broadcast on NASA Live.
